1. What Is the Casa Points Program?
With Casa Loyalty, your customers automatically earn points every time they place an order on your store. It’s a powerful way to encourage repeat purchases, build engagement, and strengthen brand loyalty.

2. How to Configure “Earn Points for Placing an Order”
1. Access the Settings
- Go to your Shopify Admin, open the Casa Loyalty app
- Navigate to Programs and click on "Place an Order"
2. Choose How Points Are Earned
- Incremental Points: Customers earn points based on how much they spend (e.g., 1 point per  1$ spent)

- Fixed Points Per Order: Customers earn a set amount of points for every order, regardless of total cost (e.g., 50 points per order)
3. Set the Point Value
- Define the point rate or fixed value (e.g., 100 points per  1$ spent or 50 points per order), depending on your loyalty strategy
4. Add Optional Incentives
- First Order Bonus: Grant extra points to first-time customers
- Limit Frequency: Prevent abuse by setting limits like “earn once every 30 days” per customer
5. Activate the Program
- Toggle the status to Active to enable the action
- Choose an icon to visually represent this earning action in the customer portal

3. What Customers Experience
- Points are awarded automatically once an order is completed
- Points may expire, depending on your settings
- Depending on your configuration, points are based on order total spent or a fixed number per order
