How to Change Text or Translate Your Loyalty Program

The Translations section in Casa Loyalty allows you to edit any text in the loyalty program or translate the entire program into another language. Both options are available under the same menu.


Follow the steps below to access and use the translation settings.



Step 1: Open the Translations Menu


  1. Go to the Casa Loyalty app in your Shopify admin.
  2. From the left-side menu, scroll to the bottom.
  3. Click View More.
  4. Select Translations.


Once the page opens, you will see the Translation settings for your current language (for example: English – EN).

Option 1: Translate the Entire Loyalty Program


If you want to offer your loyalty program in another language, you can add a new language.


Steps


  1. Click the Add Language button.
  2. Choose the language you want to translate your loyalty program into.
  3. The system will allow you to translate all loyalty program content including widgets, rewards, and notifications.




Important Requirement


To ensure the correct language appears automatically for customers:


  • Make sure Shopify Markets is enabled in your store.
  • Ensure the market and language are properly configured in your Shopify settings.


This allows the loyalty program to automatically display the correct language for customers based on their market.



Option 2: Edit Specific Text in the Loyalty Program


If you only want to change certain text (for example button labels, reward titles, or descriptions), you can edit it directly.


Steps


  1. Click the Edit button on the Translations page.
  2. Scroll through the different sections until you find the text you want to change.
  3. Replace the existing text with your preferred wording.
  4. Click Save after making your changes.

Final Tip


After editing or translating text, always make sure to click Save so the changes are applied to your loyalty program.


Once saved, the updated text or translations will appear in your loyalty widget, landing page, and notifications, depending on where the changes were made.
