Switching to Casa Loyalty is simple. Hereβs what the process looks like:
- Export customer and points data from your previous provider
- Format the file correctly for Casa Loyalty
- Connect with our team to initiate the import
- Verify and launch your rewards program with us!

π€ Step 1: Export Data from Your Previous Loyalty App
Start by exporting your customer loyalty data from your current provider. Most apps let you download a CSV file. At a minimum, your file must include:
- email (customerβs email address)
- points (current point balance)
These two columns are required for a successful migration.

π Optional Columns (if your old provider supports them):
- tier β If you have VIP tiers set up and want to migrate them
- first_name / last_name β Helpful for record-keeping, not required
- signup_date β Useful for loyalty history, optional
- referrals β If available and you'd like to carry them over
- date_of_birth β If you use birthday-based earning rules

Before importing, format your CSV to match the Casa Loyalty structure. Your file should include the following headers exactly:

Once your CSV file is ready:
- Click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of your Casa Loyalty dashboard
- Send us the CSV file via chat
- Our support team will verify your data and initiate the migration process for you

After importing:
- Go to the Customers tab to review point balances
- Double-check a few customer profiles to ensure accuracy
- Activate your Place an Order and other earning actions
- Customize emails and program settings in the app to reflect your brand
