In this guide, we’ll walk you through how to migrate your customers and their points from your previous loyalty program to Casa Loyalty.

Switching to Casa Loyalty is simple. Here’s what the process looks like:


  1. Export customer and points data from your previous provider
  2. Format the file correctly for Casa Loyalty
  3. Connect with our team to initiate the import
  4. Verify and launch your rewards program with us!

πŸ“€ Step 1: Export Data from Your Previous Loyalty App


Start by exporting your customer loyalty data from your current provider. Most apps let you download a CSV file. At a minimum, your file must include:


  • email (customer’s email address)
  • points (current point balance)


These two columns are required for a successful migration.

  • tier – If you have VIP tiers set up and want to migrate them
  • first_name / last_name – Helpful for record-keeping, not required
  • signup_date – Useful for loyalty history, optional
  • referrals – If available and you'd like to carry them over

  1. Click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of your Casa Loyalty dashboard

  • Go to the Customers tab to review point balances
