Grow Your Audience with the "Follow on Instagram" Feature

The "Follow on Instagram" feature rewards customers for following your store's Instagram account, helping you grow your social media presence and build stronger connections with your audience.

How to Set Up the Feature:

Navigate to the Feature

1. Go to your CASA Loyalty dashboard.
2. Click on Program.
3. Select Points Setup.
4. Click Add Ways to Earn and choose Follow on Instagram from the options.

Enter Your Instagram Profile Link

• In the Social Link field, provide the URL for your store's Instagram profile.

Set the Points Reward

• Determine how many points customers will earn for following your Instagram account and enter the value in the Points Awarded field.

Activate or Deactivate the Feature

• Use the Status toggle to enable (Active) or disable (Disable) the feature.

Customize the Icon

• Choose the default Instagram icon or upload an image that fits your store’s branding.

Save Your Configuration

• Click Save to finalize and enable the feature.
