How to Set Up the Feature:


  1. ## Navigate to the Feature


  1. Go to your CASA Loyalty dashboard.
  2. Click on Program.
  3. Select Points > Setup.
  4. Click Add Ways to Earn and choose Follow on TikTok from the options.
  5. ## Enter Your TikTok Profile Link


  • In the Social Link field, provide the URL for your store's TikTok profile.
  1. ## Set the Points Reward


  • Determine how many points customers will earn for following your TikTok account and enter the value in the Points Awarded field.
  1. ## Activate or Deactivate the Feature


  • Use the Status toggle to enable (Active) or disable (Disable) the feature.
  1. ## Customize the Icon


  • Choose the default TikTok icon or upload your own icon that aligns with your store’s branding.
  1. ## Save Your Configuration


  • Click Save to finalize and enable the feature.
