Casa Loyalty lets you display points to your customers at every key moment in their shopping journey — from browsing a product all the way to their order confirmation. This encourages more purchases and keeps customers engaged with your rewards program.

Pages Covered in This Guide

You can show points on the following pages:

• Product Page — Show how many points customers will earn before they add to cart
• Cart Page — Remind customers of points they'll earn as they're about to checkout
• Thank You Page — Celebrate the points they just earned after placing an order
• Profile / Account Page — Let customers check their current points balance
• Order Status Page — Reinforce points earned while they wait for their order

How to Enable Points Display

1. Open the Casa Loyalty app and navigate to Extensions in the side menu.
2. Find the extension for the page you want (e.g. Points on Product Page) and click Setup.
3. A new tab will open in your theme editor with the Casa Loyalty block already added.
4. Click Save — points will now appear on that page.

Repeat for each page you want to enable. Each page has its own Extension with individual settings.

💡 Tip: Enabling points display on all pages gives customers a consistent reminder of your rewards program — which leads to higher engagement and repeat purchases.
