How to Show Points Balance on Account Page
The Points Balance on Account Page extension in Casa Loyalty allows your customers to view their current loyalty points balance directly from their Shopify account page. This creates a seamless loyalty experience and keeps customers engaged by reminding them of the rewards they’ve earned.
✅ What It Does
Once enabled, this feature adds a section to the customer’s "My Account" page that shows:
- Total available points
- Personalized messaging (optional)
- Keeps customers informed and encourages repeat visits
▶️ Setup Process
- Open the Casa Loyalty app from your Shopify admin.
- Navigate to the Extensions menu on the left.
- Find the Points Balance on Account Page extension and click Setup.
🛠 A new tab will open in Shopify’s Theme Editor for the customer account page.
- Confirm that the "Casa Loyalty Points Balance" block is already added.
- Click Save in the Theme Editor to activate the feature.
🧩 Customize the Placement (Optional)
To adjust where the points balance appears:
- In the Shopify Theme Editor, locate the Casa Loyalty Points Balance block in the left-hand sidebar.
- Drag and drop it to your desired spot within the account layout (e.g., under account details or near order history).
- Remove any duplicate blocks, if necessary.
- Click Save to apply changes.
