How to Integrate Judge.me with Casa Loyalty

Reward customers for leaving product reviews with the Judge.me integration — build trust, boost engagement, and grow your review count with points-based incentives.

Casa Loyalty lets you integrate with Judge.me, a popular Shopify review app, so you can automatically award loyalty points when customers submit product reviews.

Here’s how to set it up:

Step 1: Navigate to the Integrations Section

1. Open the Casa Loyalty app dashboard.

In the left-hand menu, scroll to the bottom and click View More (in blue).

3. Click on Integrations.
4. You’ll now see a list of integrations Casa Loyalty offers.

Select Judge.me from the list.

This will open a dedicated setup page with instructions and a “Connect” button.

Step 2: Install and Activate Judge.me

Before connecting, make sure:

• You have Judge.me installed from the Shopify App Store.
• Your Judge.me plan is set to Awesome — this integration is only supported on that plan.

Without the Awesome plan, the connection won’t be established.

Step 3: Connect Casa Loyalty to Judge.me

1. On the Judge.me integration page, click the Connect button.
2. A popup will appear asking you to authorize the connection between Judge.me and Casa Loyalty.
3. Approve the request — once done, you’ll see the apps are successfully connected.

Step 4: Set Up the Review Reward Program

Once connected, you can now:

1. Go to Programs > Points Setup.
2. Click Add Ways to Earn.
3. Select Review a Product.
4. Customize the reward:

• Set a custom title and subtitle (e.g., “Review Bonus – Earn 100 points!”)
• Choose how many points to give.
• Limit it to specific VIP tiers if needed.
• Upload a custom icon or use the default.

Once you save and activate, customers will begin earning loyalty points each time they leave a product review using Judge.me.
