With Casa Loyalty + Gorgias, your support agents can see customer loyalty data (like points balance, tier level, and referral link) directly inside the Gorgias sidebar. That means more context, faster responses, and better support.

π§ How to set up the integration
Step 1: Connect Gorgias from Casa Loyalty
- Go to your Casa Loyalty Dashboard > Integrations.
- Find Gorgias and click Connect.
- Log in with your Gorgias credentials and authorize the connection.
Step 2: Add Casa Loyalty to your Gorgias sidebar
- In Gorgias, go to Settings > App Store > My Apps.
- Open Casa Loyalty and ensure itβs toggled ON.
- The loyalty widget will now appear on the right-hand side of any ticket with a recognized customer email.
β¨ What data will I see in Gorgias?
Once integrated, your agents can see:

From Casa Loyalty:
- Go to Integrations > Gorgias and click Disconnect.
From Gorgias:
- Head to Settings > App Store > My Apps, click Casa Loyalty, then hit Disconnect App.
