πŸ”§ How to set up the integration


Step 1: Connect Gorgias from Casa Loyalty


  1. Go to your Casa Loyalty Dashboard > Integrations.
  2. Find Gorgias and click Connect.
  3. Log in with your Gorgias credentials and authorize the connection.


Step 2: Add Casa Loyalty to your Gorgias sidebar


  1. In Gorgias, go to Settings > App Store > My Apps.
  2. Open Casa Loyalty and ensure it’s toggled ON.
  3. The loyalty widget will now appear on the right-hand side of any ticket with a recognized customer email.



✨ What data will I see in Gorgias?


Once integrated, your agents can see:


  • 🎯 Points Balance – Current loyalty points
  • πŸ† Loyalty Tier – What tier the customer is in
  • πŸ“’ Referral Link – Customer’s unique referral URL



❌ Disconnecting the integration


From Casa Loyalty:


  • Go to Integrations > Gorgias and click Disconnect.


From Gorgias:


  • Head to Settings > App Store > My Apps, click Casa Loyalty, then hit Disconnect App.
