Like on Facebook

The "Like on Facebook" feature rewards customers for liking your store's Facebook page, boosting your social media presence and engagement.


How to Set Up the Feature


  1. Navigate to the Feature


  • Go to your CASA Loyalty dashboard.
  • Click on Program.
  • Select Points > Setup.
  • Click Add Ways to Earn and choose Like on Facebook from the options.
  1. Enter Your Facebook Page Link


  • In the Social Link field, provide the URL for your store's Facebook page.
  1. Set the Points Reward


  • Determine how many points customers will earn for liking your page and enter the value in the Points Awarded field.
  1. Activate or Deactivate the Feature


  • Use the Status toggle to enable (Active) or disable (Disable) the feature as needed.
  1. Customize the Icon


  • Choose the default thumbs-up icon or upload an image that matches your store’s branding.
  1. Save Your Configuration


  • Click Save to finalize and enable the feature.
