Free Gift Product


How to Set Up the Free Gift Product Feature


Navigate to the Feature


  • Open the CASA Loyalty app dashboard.
  • Click on Program in the left-side menu.
  • Go to Points > Setup.
  • Click on the Ways to Redeem button and select Free Gift Product.



Customize the Details


Content Customization:


  • Personalize the title and subtitle to make the reward appealing and easy to understand.

Example: Use "Redeem Points for Free Gift" as the title and "100 Points = Free Product" as the subtitle.



You can also edit these details for your landing page by selecting the Landing Page tab.



Configure Reward Values


  1. Select a Product:


  • Use the Browse option to select a specific product from your store.
  • After selecting the product click on Add.
  • Note: You can only add ONE Product at a time.

Points Cost:


  • Specify the number of points customers need to redeem the free gift.

Example: 100 points for a product.



After Selection




Reward Expiry


Enable the Reward Expiry feature to set a time limit for redeeming rewards. This option allows you to:


  • Expire issued rewards after a specified duration.

Available durations:


  • 6 months (encourages quicker redemptions).

1 year (provides more flexibility for customers).




  1. ## Customize the Icon


  • Choose the default icon or upload your own to align with your branding.
  1. ## Activate or Deactivate the Feature:


  • Use the Status toggle to enable (Active) or disable (Disable) the feature as needed.

Save Your Settings:


Once all configurations are complete, click Save to apply the changes and enable the feature.
