Percentage Off

The "Percentage Off" feature allows customers to redeem loyalty points for a percentage-based discount on their purchases. This method is a great way to incentivize spending while giving customers a tangible reward for their loyalty.


How to Set Up the Percentage Off Feature:


Navigate to the Feature:


  • Open the CASA Loyalty app dashboard.
  • Click on Program in the left-side menu.
  • Go to Points > Setup.
  • Click on the Ways to Redeem button and select Percentage Off.



Customize the Details:


Custom Title and Subtitle:


  • Click on Edit Add a title and subtitle that will be visible to customers.
  • For example:


  • Title: "10% Off Coupon"
  • Subtitle: "Redeem 100 Points for 10% Off"
  • These can be edited for both the Widget and Landing Page views by toggling between the options and clicking the Edit button.



Define Reward Values:


  • Points Cost: Set the number of points customers need to redeem to unlock the percentage-based discount.

​_Example:_ 100 points = 10% off.

Discount Value: Specify the percentage discount customers will receive upon redeeming their points.




Apply the Discount:


Decide where the discount applies:


  • Entire Order: Customers can use their points for any item in their cart.

Specific Collection: Click on Browse and choose any specific product collection, ensuring you maintain control over which items are eligible.




Set Minimum Purchase Requirements:


  • Add an optional minimum purchase requirement for customers to redeem their points.

For example: A customer must make a minimum purchase of 10$ to apply the discount.




Customize Discount Code:


Add a prefix to discount codes for easy identification.

Example: Prefix: SAVE → Final Code: SAVE10.



Reward Expiry


Enable the Reward Expiry feature to set a time limit for redeeming rewards. This option allows you to:


  • Expire issued rewards after a specified duration.

Available durations:


  • 6 months (encourages quicker redemptions).

1 year (provides more flexibility for customers).




  1. ## Customize the Icon


  • Choose the default icon or upload your own to align with your branding.

Activate or Deactivate the Feature:


Use the Status toggle to enable (Active) or disable (Disable) the feature as needed.




  1. ## Save Your Settings:


  • Once all configurations are complete, click Save to apply the changes and enable the feature.
