Free Shipping
The Free Shipping feature lets customers redeem loyalty points to cover shipping fees, encouraging purchases, reducing cart abandonment, and boosting customer loyalty.
How to Set Up the Free Shipping Feature
Navigate to the Feature
- Open the CASA Loyalty app dashboard.
- Click on Program in the left-hand menu.
- Navigate to Points > Setup.
- Click on the Ways to Redeem button and select Free Shipping.
Customize the Details
Custom Title and Subtitle
- Add a title and subtitle that customers will see.
- Example:
- Custom Title: Free Shipping
- Custom Subtitle: Redeem 100 points for free shipping on your next order!
You can also edit these details for your Landing Page by clicking the Landing Page tab.

Define Reward Values
- Points Cost:
Set the number of points customers need to redeem for free shipping.
_Example:_ 100 points = Free Shipping.
- Maximum Shipping Amount (Optional):
Specify a limit on the shipping cost that can be covered by this reward.
_Example:_ Free shipping for orders up to $25.
Customize Discount Code:
- Add a prefix to discount codes for easy identification.
Example: Prefix: SAVE → Final Code: SAVE10.

Reward Expiry
Enable the Reward Expiry feature to set a time limit for redeeming rewards. This option allows you to:
- Expire issued rewards after a specified duration.
Available durations:
- 6 months (encourages quicker redemptions).
1 year (provides more flexibility for customers).
- ## Customize the Icon
- Choose the default icon or upload your own to align with your branding.
Activate or Deactivate the Feature:
Use the Status toggle to enable (Active) or disable (Disable) the feature as needed.

- ## Save Your Settings:
- Once all configurations are complete, click Save to apply the changes and enable the feature.
