The POS Amount Discount feature allows customers to redeem loyalty points directly at your physical store for an amount-based discount. This feature integrates seamlessly with your POS system, offering a rewarding experience for in-store shoppers and enhancing their loyalty to your brand.

How to Set Up the POS Amount Discount Feature

Navigate to the Feature

• Open the CASA Loyalty app dashboard.
• Click on Program in the left-side menu.
• Go to Points > Setup.
• Click on the Ways to Redeem button and select POS Amount Discount.

1. ## Customize the Details

Content Customization:

• Add a custom title and subtitle to help customers understand the point-to-discount conversion.
• Example: Use "Redeem Points for In-Store Discounts" as the title and "100 Points = $5 Discount" as the subtitle.

You can also edit these details for your loyalty program's landing page by clicking on the Landing Page tab.

Rewards Value

• Points cost:

Set how many points are needed for a specific discount value.

• Example: 100 points = $5 discount.

3. ## Activate or Deactivate the Feature

• Use the Status toggle to enable (Active) or disable (Disable) the POS Amount Discount feature.

4. ## Customize the Icon

• Choose the default icon or upload your own custom icon to match your branding.

5. ## Save Your Settings

Once all configurations are complete, click Save to enable the POS Amount Discount feature in your loyalty program.
