The POS Percentage Off feature allows customers to redeem loyalty points directly at your physical store for a percentage-based discount on their purchase. This feature seamlessly integrates with your POS system, providing an engaging in-store shopping experience that fosters loyalty.

How to Set Up the POS Percentage Off Feature

Navigate to the Feature

• Open the CASA Loyalty app dashboard.
• Click on Program in the left-side menu.
• Go to Points > Setup.
• Scroll and Click on the Ways to Redeem button and select POS Percentage Off.

1. ## Customize the Details

Content Customization:

• Add a custom title and subtitle to help customers understand the point-to-percentage conversion.
• Example: Use "Redeem Points for In-Store Discounts" as the title and "100 Points = 10% Off" as the subtitle.

You can also edit these details for your loyalty program's landing page by clicking on the Landing Page tab.

Rewards Value

• Points cost:

Set how many points are required to redeem a specific percentage off.

• Example: 100 points = 1% off.

This ensures clarity for your customers and keeps the redemption process simple and transparent.

3. ## Activate or Deactivate the Feature

• Use the Status toggle to enable (Active) or disable (Disable) the POS Percentage Off feature.

4. ## Customize the Icon

• Choose the default icon or upload your own custom icon to match your branding.

5. ## Save Your Settings

Once all configurations are complete, click Save to enable the POS Percentage Off feature in your loyalty program.
