Giftcard
The Gift Card feature allows customers to redeem their loyalty points for gift cards, giving them the flexibility to use their rewards at their convenience. It’s a perfect way to add value to your loyalty program and provide an enhanced shopping experience.
How to Set Up the Gift Card Feature
Navigate to the Feature
- Open the CASA Loyalty app dashboard.
- Click on Program in the left-side menu.
- Go to Points > Setup.
- Click on the Ways to Redeem button and select Gift Card.
Customize the Details
Content Customization:
- Personalize the title and subtitle to help customers understand the reward.
- Example: Use "Redeem Points for Gift Cards" as the title and "100 Points = $10 Gift Card" as the subtitle.
You can also edit these details for your landing page by selecting the Landing Page tab.

Choose Points Redemption Style
CASA Loyalty provides two redemption styles to tailor the gift card experience:
Fixed Amount of Points:
- Customers must redeem a specific number of points for a set gift card value.
Example: Redeem exactly 500 points for a $20 gift card.
Increments of Points:
- Customers can redeem points in increments, offering greater flexibility.
Example: Redeem 500 points for a $20 gift card, 1,000 points for a $40 gift card, and so on.
You can also set:
- A minimum number of points required to redeem the gift card.
- A maximum number of points a customer can spend on this reward.
- ## Customize the Icon
- Choose the default icon or upload your own to align with your branding.
- ## Activate or Deactivate the Feature:
- Use the Status toggle to enable (Active) or disable (Disable) the feature as needed.
Save Your Settings:
Once all configurations are complete, click Save to apply the changes and enable the feature.
