How to Configure General Store Settings in CASA Loyalty

The General tab under Settings allows you to manage key store details and define how currency and balances are displayed in your loyalty program. These settings ensure your loyalty program integrates seamlessly with your Shopify store's branding and regional preferences. Here’s how to navigate and customize these settings.



Navigation


  1. Open the CASA Loyalty app from your Shopify dashboard.
  2. In the left-hand menu, scroll down and click on Settings.
  3. Select the General tab to access your store's general configuration options.



General Settings Overview


The General tab is where you can configure the foundational elements of your loyalty program. Here’s a breakdown of the options you can customize:


  1. Store Details


  • Name of the Store:

This is the name of your Shopify store (e.g., XYZ Store). It’s displayed throughout the app for easy reference.

  • Store URL:

The URL of your store (e.g., xyz.myshopify.com). This link ensures customers are redirected correctly for loyalty-related activities.

  1. Select Currency


  • Choose the currency in which your loyalty program will operate.
  • Example: If your store operates in USD, select US Dollar from the dropdown.
  1. Currency Display Type


  • Define how the currency appears to your customers.
  • Example: Display the Currency Symbol ($) for USD to ensure consistency in your store's pricing and rewards.
  1. Number Format


  • Set the number format for displaying customer balances and points.
  • Example: For English (United States), the balance will appear as 1,234.56, using commas for thousands and a period for decimals.



Save changes


  • Click the Save button at the top-right corner to apply your updates.
