Setting Up POS with CASA Loyalty: Complete Guide
Follow these simple steps to enable POS rewards for your customers:
Step 1: Enable POS in Shopify Admin
- In Shopify Admin, search for "Sales channels"
- Select "Point of Sale"
- Click on "Settings" from the left menu
- Click on "POS apps"
- Locate "Loyalty POS Extension"
- Look for the smart grid tile and click "Add"
- You'll see a confirmation that it's been added
Step 2: Enable POS in CASA Loyalty
- Open CASA Loyalty app
- Click on "Settings" in the left menu
- Navigate to the "Platform" tab
- Click the blue "Edit" button
- In the dropdown page, select "Online and in-store (POS)" to allow customers to earn and redeem points both online and in your physical store
Step 3: Set Up POS Redemption Methods
Now that POS is enabled, you can set up how customers redeem points in your store. CASA Loyalty offers two ways for POS redemption:
- POS Amount Discount:
Let customers redeem points for fixed amount discounts (e.g., 100 points = $5 off)
