How to Turn Off the Account Creation Nudge in Casa Loyalty

What is the Account Creation Nudge?

The Account Creation Nudge is a small pop-up that appears when a new user visits your store, encouraging them to sign up for your loyalty program. It’s designed to help you grow your customer base and increase engagement with your rewards system.

This pop-up only appears once per user. If they close it, it won’t show up again. However, if you’d like to disable it completely, follow the steps below.

How to Disable the Account Creation Nudge

1. Open your Casa Loyalty App Dashboard.
2. In the left-side menu, click on "View More" (in blue).
3. Click on "Nudges" to access all available nudges.

You’ll see three nudge options:

• Account Creation – Encourages sign-ups for rewards.
• Points Spending – Promotes redeeming points.

Reward Usage – Encourages using available rewards.

To turn off the Account Creation Nudge, simply toggle it off.

6. The setting saves automatically, and the nudge will be disabled.
